Jason Striker is the name of the superhero that Josh Stewart draws in his comic book in Ashley Enright and the Mystery at Miller’s Pond.
Jason Striker fights villains around the world, can make himself invisible and can see through walls. Of course, Josh’s superhero has the same initials as he does: J.S.
Jupiter Shadow is the name of the superhero that Josh Stewart draws in his comic book in Ashley Enright Investigations. Jupiter Shadow is dressed in blue and wears a silver cape. He fights crime and investigates mysteries.
Josh is a very talented young artist who loves to draw comic books featuring superheroes. Ashley Enright always laughs to herself because Josh never realizes that all of his superheroes have the same initials as he does, J.S.!
Burt Summers is an apprentice woodworker who comes to Donnybrook, Maine to work with Doc Hardy. Ashley and Josh befriend him in Ashley Enright Investigations.
He also appears in Ashley Enright and the Mystery at Miller’s Pond.
Kathleen Gorman is the reference librarian at the Donnybrook Library. The kids think that it is cool that she lets them call her by her first name instead of “Mrs. Gorman.”
She helps Ashley and Josh check some important facts in Ashley Enright and the Mystery at Miller’s Pond.
